Here's the latest!
Well, I hit the mother lode the other day and got some cross stitch magazines for really good price! I went through the ones I wanted to keep and I've listed the others under my goodies for sale. Take a peek and let me know which one(s) you're interested in -- I'm only asking $1 per copy plus the S&H.
My currently sorted stash has been sold BUT I'm going to be adding some more Light Effects and some Variations and maybe even some hand-dyed flossies to the sale board! Gotta finish the summer semester homework in all three classes first...LOL.

"Samantha" is finished!
I used pale apricot seed beads in place of where the French knots were supposed to go. French knots drive me NUTS and besides, the beads add a dimension to the piece! I hope you like it.

Hot Ribbon Giveaway
Hot Ribbon Art

Review by Maria Nerius
It’s not always easy to glue or adhere ribbon to your project, but with Hot Ribbon Art makes it easier and far less messy. The product is iron-on ribbon that is machine washable. You can apply it to fabric, paper, and any other surface that can handle the heat of the iron.

Thanks all of you!
Thanks for the kind posts and the compliment about Scrappy -- he thinks he's the cutest thing ever! LOL
I'll post pics of some of the stuff I'm working on as soon as I can.

Very first one!
Okay, I guess I did this right...so here goes...my very first posting! It's only 12:30 here and it's already up to 66 degrees so maybe, just maybe our summer has finally started! I'm finishing up a Red Hat cross stitch piece (down to the outlining part, which I HATE), working on a smaller flower piece, recently finished a fabric placemat and tablerunner set, working on a pair of crocheted socks for myself, working on a crocheted baby layette (like the ones I have on my website - www.nannasgoodies.com), and getting ready to start sewing a coupon organizer thingy to hang from the handle of the grocery cart as well as a fannypack for when I walk the dog.
